Cannot believe this is the last of our homestand … Padres baseball is coming to a close. Looking forward to this week and seeing the team one last time before the season concludes.
9/23 Lineup! Time to head to the ballpark!

Entered early – Members’ Only Early Entry Gate – as usual. Were a bit surprised that the Diamondbacks were already out and we (again) did not get to see our Padres at BP. With this new knowledge – and a fairly empty ballpark – we decided we might as well jump on some $1 hot dogs and feel appreciated!
@Padres fans! It’s $1 hot dog night! We’ve just had ours and they were yummy!! Watching DBacks take BP. pic.twitter.com/x5CEZF7lbn

We hadn’t taken Trevor & Alex to The Pier and Hans had asked about them last time we stopped in there. We go WAAAAY back with Hans – when he worked the Baja Bistro – when our kids were shorter than us and had little voices – LOL!
Now we are visiting one of the great ones … Hans at The Pier. And they have a fantastic High Tide Margarita!! pic.twitter.com/KVYdWuJfXQ

We highly recommend the High Tide Margarita

Challenged everyone for this pic – no one guessed it was a table top at The Pier
Ok @Padres fans. What is this a picture of at Petco Park? pic.twitter.com/heWQyZRpeF

Following the @Padres on Twitter, we soon learned why we didn’t get to see BP for Padres … hmmm, maybe they should consider greeting the Members at our gate. Hint – Hint

Hall of Fame Bar & Grill — Another familiar stop for us but the boys had not been there before. We first enjoyed showing them all the HOF “lockers” and then took some seats along the rail, overlooking the field.
@padres Now we are visiting another friend, Al, at The Hall of Game Bar & Grill. Great view. Check it out this week. pic.twitter.com/Jx1csEEB2t

Noticed that @DancingFriar and the Right Field Mission was going through pre-game ritual!

Still at HOFB&G – enjoying the El Padre Margarita … good but not quite up to par with the High Tide!

Finally to our seats and enjoying some baseball. Not as crowded as the Dodger series but it did seem that Harrah’s had purchased a rather large block of tickets in 207 … the casino folks are MUCH better than Dodger fans!!
LOVED that Bomb by Hundley!
Man!!! That 3 run bomb from Hundley sure was fun to watch!! Go #Padres ⚾️
